Obtain a Gift Certificate

Call for an appointment to
pick up a Gift Certificate at Professional Hand Casting's studio
location in West Bountiful,
Utah or call to have Gift Certificates conveniently mailed to you or
the recipient.

2. Download and
print
an
online Gift Certificate now, following the instructions below:
- Click on the link
below to download
and print the Gift Certificate form. You may print on plain,
decorative, or photo
paper.
- Eliminate the default
printer text by
trimming around the border of the Certificate using plain or decorative
scissors.
- Fill in the "Item",
"Presented to",
and "From" fields. For the "Item", just indicate the type of casting you are
giving, like
"Baby's hand" or "Mother and baby together", etc.
- Present your Gift
Certificate from
Professional Hand Casting in a legal or 9"x 12" envelope, or present it rolled
and
tied with ribbon or raffia.
- Call Professional
Hand Casting and
give us details about the Gift Certificate you are giving so it can be
recorded. At
that time you will be given information on the cost (plus tax) and an
address to
mail your check. Online payment is not available.
